Trout Fishermen...the painting

Trout fishing at Sungai Paku??

No,ikan adong fishing....

This painting,a canvas transfer art print entitled "Trout Fisherman" ordered online from ART.COM came in all the way from Lockbourne,Ohio,USA & reached the owner this afternoon. It is still wrapped in plastic until the owner can find the wall to hang up the painting. The painting reminds him so much of...you know I know lah, ..Samu & that's Sungai Paku...except ba sungai nya nadai trout semina bisi ikan adong,ko apai Jill.

(Anang tuchum nuan indai Felicia,mak Aling....amat2 ikan trout bisi ba ai Paku nya baru iya..malam ari!!! Ha..ha..)

Di tebing pantai yang indah....

..gelombang besai..nadai lah bubuk. Pelaba aku baka ke nadai agi bubuk for this seacon. Beberapa ari udah ngabas ngagai tening tasik..siko bubuk pan nadai.

Phyllis was given yet another farewell dinner by some SIDS members & some other friends who only just got to know of her leaving Miri for Lawas. Ya, I know you may say,it's only to Lawas,bukan jauh sangat,datai tikau..but even kitai diau di Miri,jarang amat betemu enggau pangan. Betul? Betul!

Nya meh ngagai bala kaban,oh Kaban, begulai manah-manah enggau pangan diri;pangkat/pengawa enda ulih di bai kitai mati. Ngagai bala kaban ke selalu ringat,enda tau ninga jako lalu ringat tau ke bala kaban ke selalu ngumbai diri pama ari semua urang,anang bakanya kaban. Sari dua ulih meh kitai enda enchadi/ngeyadi ke kaban..udah nya,muchay-muchay gamal ngiga kaban enggau berandau.

Buntal

Our last visit to Buntal was about 10 years ago.Dulles' nephew drove us there..a good 45mins drive to reachLim Hock Ann Seafood Centre in Buntal. The restaurant is never short of Kuching's Who's Who. Even our visit there last saturday,we saw another Who's Who of Kuching...Creme de le creme of Kuching Society..if it's good for the rich & famous,it's very+1000 good for poor folks like us.

The seafood was good & it's halal. Big fresh prawns..ambal masak kari..sotong fried with dried chillies,O chien,steamed fish..nama agi.?

Weekend in Kuching

It was another enjoyable weekend for us when we went to Kuching to jengok our apartment & to spend time looking for old friends & relatives,at the same time catching up with the latest news on their well beings.Since not much dust has managed to settle on whatever furniture there is,in the room,so we went out most of the time even to Buntal where we had not been to, for the past 10 years or so.
