The Stray Dog...again

Remember about my previous posting on the stray dog? Well, the council dog catchers finally came after several complaints to a councillor & an ex-councillor. The dog was 'shot' by the dog catchers last week. No,no...the dog did not die,they just shot it with tranquiliser bullet/dart and they brought the dog to a dog pond somewhere in Pujut Corner. I met Rose outside the church yesterday and told her that she could walk to Yamano's (hair salon) now that the dog's gone. She said about 4 times the dog sniffed at her and she had to keep still because the more she moved,the dog sniffed even harder at her legs & bums. I am really glad that this dog's gone because it had brought more 'damage' than 'good'.The Indon rubbish collector even complained to me the reason why he did not collect the rubbish;it was because of the dog. Sorry dog... Yes, Audrey,you can walk to GK to get The Star and Dr.Philip's maid doesn't have to swing the plastic bag anymore to chase the dog away. Pak Agus & Dan can now walk again to GK. The road is clear now of....the dog.
