Cubaan or blessing in disguise,that's what I called it when we found out that our flight's schedule was retimed when we were checking in at the RBA counter. The flight to Denpasar was retimed to 5.40 sunday morning. So,how or what are you going to do about 8 ibu-ibu who were trying to 'santai & libur' in the island of the gods,i asked the staff. (btw, i'm typing with my left hand cos my right hand is in great pain..will tell you later about it)Awda semua akan dibawa ke orchid hotel.....blah..blah.wait at the money changer counter and in a few minutes a driver will fetch all of you to spend the night at orchid hotel with dinner provided,said one of the staff. true to her words, we were fetched,given dinner & our rooms were nice. i saw the smiles back on the ibu-ibu's faces again after given the unexpected hospitality by rba. mind you,it's not easy leading a group of ladies but praise God,all of us have this spirit of:ngak apa, bisa di aturrr,dong!

by 2.30am,a wake up call was made by the hotel staff and at 3am,about 80 of us,stranded passengers bound for denpasar were driven to the airport and 3/4 of the passengers were orang putih.

the flight to denpasar was smooth,the weather was fine and by 8am,we landed at ngurah rai airport,bali. we were worried about the unexpected. would the officials be like the ones at the airport in jakarta? surprise..surprise & thanks be to God who answered our prayers,the officials were courteous and God sent us a very nice tour guide,pak nyoman & a careful driver. If you can drive in Bali,you're definitely a very good driver.
