Gosh! It's Friday again.....

..aiya so fast one,it's Friday again. About five ladies came to my house yesterday afternoon to see a demo on how to make cream coffee,trifle,beef stew & roast lamb shank. I had to make do with electric oven & the roasted 'baby' turkey ( we had chicken,instead) turned out well. I followed Jamie Oliver's style of putting butter & bacon in between the skin & flesh. Ya,nice..juicy. So if you visit Kate Kiai & Girl's house,Cecilia's,Benika's & Doria's houses for Xmas,hopefulluy you will get to eat the dishes mentioned above. Cuba..jangan tidak cuba recipes xmas.
