About 40 participants attended the MESRA M'SIA Workshop conducted by MAXCEL,Miri in collaboration with Ministry of Tourism,M'sia on 26th & 27th February,2009 at Imperial Hotel,Miri. We learned a lot from this workshop..how to deal with tourists & we can apply the 'principles' also as how to deal with people.
